Do you accept insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider. This allows me to provide a highly personalized level of care that is not dictated by insurance company constraints.
Superbills: I provide monthly "superbills" which you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend calling your provider to ask about your "out-of-network mental health benefits."
What are your fees?
My fee for a standard clinical hour is $300. I believe in transparent pricing so that you can make an informed decision about your care from the start.
Payment: Fees are due at the time of service via Credit Card/HSA/FSA.
Sliding Scale: I maintain a limited number of sliding-scale slots to ensure that specialized care remains accessible to those with financial need. If my standard fee is a barrier, please let me know during our introductory call so we can discuss availability.
Where do sessions take place?
I offer both in-person and virtual appointments.
In-Person: My office is located in Manhattan’s Upper East Side neighborhood.
Virtual: I provide secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions for patients located in New York State.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require 48 hours' notice for all cancellations. This allows me to offer that time to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to the full session fee.
Life Happens Waiver: I understand that emergencies and unexpected conflicts occur. To account for this, every patient receives one "waiver" per year for a late cancellation (within 48 hours) with no fee applied. This is my way of honoring the unpredictability of life while maintaining a consistent schedule for all my clients.
